What it is
Fukuii is an execution-layer client for EVM networks — an independent continuation of IOHK’s Mantis, maintained by Chippr Robotics. One binary runs Ethereum Classic as a proof-of-work node, Ethereum as a proof-of-stake execution layer through the Engine API, their testnets, and private or consortium chains configured by a custom genesis. It is written in Scala on the JVM, which makes it a distinct implementation with its own dependency tree and its own failure profile.
Who it is for
Anyone who runs a node: home miners on consumer hardware, mining pool operators, exchanges and custodians running deposit and withdrawal nodes, Ethereum stakers running their own execution layer, RPC and indexing providers, and enterprise teams running several networks from one configuration model. Every release ships with SLSA Level 3 provenance, a CycloneDX SBOM and a Cosign signature, so an operator can verify what they are running.
